November 8, 2005 (TIPTON, Ind.) - Court documents say a Tipton County jailer is accused of providing OxyContin to an inmate who later was found dead.

The jailer is 24-year-old Thomas D. Owens Junior. He was being held Monday on 100-thousand dollars bond in the Howard County Jail in Kokomo on charges of trafficking contraband, including two felony counts of trafficking controlled substances. ...
